Academy starlet Callum O’Keefe has signed on for the first team squad to become Alan Julian’s 11th signing for the 2025/26 season. O’Keefe stepped up from our Academy set-up to make three appearances last season.  

On O’Keefe, Julian said “Callum is so dedicated and wants to work hard all the time to become the best player he can be, and I absolutely love working with him. It was a genuine pleasure to see him play in first team fixtures last year. He’s a brilliant person and I really want to see him develop further this season. It’s great to have Academy players involved with us and Callum’s progression should really inspire others.”

On returning to the first team squad, O’Keefe said “I was buzzing to be involved in the squad last season. Thanks to the Gaffer, Don and Luke I really developed, and the extra strength and conditioning sessions with Ryan, our first team physio have also really helped. I was buzzing when the gaffer rang to keep me on for this season and I can’t wait to get started.”
