The club is delighted to announce the arrival of 28-year-old midfielder Wesley Fonguck for the 2026/27 season!

After coming through the Crystal Palace Academy, Fonguck had a brief stint for Croydon before joining Barnet as a second-year scholar for in 2014. He made his senior debut on the 16th December 2014 in an FA Trophy replay against Concord Rangers.

After a couple of loan spells, including a brief stint right here at Beveree Stadium in 2017, he established himself in the Barnet side and made 154 appearances for the Bees from 2014-2022, scoring fifteen goals.

He made the move to Southend in 2022, enjoying two successful seasons in the National League for the Essex side, making 74 league appearances in two seasons before moving to Ebbsfleet United where he earned a further 16 National League appearances. 

He then made a rare move to the West Coast of the United States of America to Monterrey Bay FC on the central Coast of California in the USL Championship, America's second tier. 

Fonguck made 28 appearances Stateside before joining Farnborough in February of this year.
