The Thamesmead native joins the squad in a permanent capacity for the 26/27 season. He started his footballing journey close to home at Charlton Athletic’s academy playing alongside the likes of Joe Gomez and Swarmz, going out on multiple non-league loans to Welling United and Inverness Caledonian Thistle. After being released by the Addicks in 2016 he signed for Bromley, making 38 national league appearances, scoring eleven goals and assisting a further two as a 22-year-old. He has earned three promotions in his career, with Sutton, Carlisle, and Kidderminster respectively. Outside of football, Sho-Silva recently graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University with a master’s degree in Sports Business Management and Policy and runs a company called More Than A Footballer, encouraging athletes to develop themselves off the pitch as well as on it. He is also a devout Christian, who founded F3Football, a Christian community for players and has been involved in player's rights campaigns for FIFPRO in the past.
