A composed defender, Cheadle arrived at the Bev from then-National League Dorking Wanderers prior to the 2023/24 season. Jordan was part of the squad to achieve promotion from National League South via the Play Offs in 2021/22, in his first season at Meadowbank. Prior to signing for Marc White's Wanderers, the Chessington-born player had enjoyed spells at Carshalton Athletic and Walton Casuals. Comfortable in central defence or at left back, Cheadle also spent a month on loan at Dulwich Hamlet in 2022/23. His first season with Hampton & Richmond was disrupted by a knee injury, but he managed 14 appearances, scoring an important opener away at Truro City.
