Northampton born Joe started his career with his hometown club, going on to make his professional debut aged 18 against West Ham United U23s in the EFL Trophy. The centre forward who joined the Beavers on loan from Hemel Hempstead Town in February 2025 has notched over 100 goals in his non-league career, with his best return coming for AFC Mansfield, we he bagged 12 goals in 11 matches. Spells at St Albans City, Havant & Waterlooville and Oxford City in the National League South saw Iaciofano average just shy of a goal every other game, scoring 49 goals in 104 games.
