Defender Cook, 33, returns to the Bev after a brief spell during the 2017/18 campaign. In his first stint with HRBFC, he made 34 appearances, scoring three goals, before making the switch to Woking, staying for three seasons and then moving on to Wealdstone, where he made 218 appearances across six seasons. Standing at 6'5'', he is undoubtedly a commanding presence, but don't be fooled; he is equally adept with the ball at his feet.
