Gianni arrived at the Bev having been part of a promotion winning side at Braintree Town the season before. The Wembley-born winger started his career with Queen's Park Rangers, where he played alongside the likes of Adel Taarabt and Ravel Morrison, and was named on the bench for the Capital One Cup at the age of 17. Having left QPR, 'Gio' has built a strong career in the National League South, representing the likes of Chelmsford Town, Havant & Waterlooville and Tonbridge Angels. Capable of playing on either wing, Crichlow has been a thorn in the side of the Beavers on a number of occasions, and Alan Julian took the chance to sign him in June 2024.
