Pacy winger Hagan signed for Alan Julian permanently in November 2024, having first spent time at the Beveree on loan from Sheffield Wednesday in 2021. Originally from Croydon, Charles started his professional career with the Owls and made his senior debut against Fulham in the EFL Cup aged 19, before moving on to Wycombe Wanderers in 2022. Charles also made a cup appearance for Wycombe and after leaving the Chairboys spent time with both Hayes & Yeading United and Corinthian-Casuals. A former athletisc prodigy, when he was 13 Charles clocked the fastest 200m time in the UK.
