One of the tallest players in the National League South, central midfielder Brown arrived at the Bev from Hemel Hempstead Town in February 2024. Born in Harrow, Bayley started his career with Tottenham, before spells with Staines Town, Chesham United and St Albans City amongst others. During his career, Brown has reached the FA Cup Second Round, and has been a key part of the Hemel Hempstead first team in 23/24 prior to his move to Hampton
