Hampton & Richmond FC is delighted to announce the loan signing of Sutton United Striker Tope Fadahunsi.
Tope, who signed for Sutton at the start of last season, completed an architecture degree at Loughborough University, for whom he scored over 20 goals in the United Counties League two seasons ago and helped them to the FA Vase semi final. He has also played for Tooting, and had a spell in Finland. Tope scored in his first senior start for Sutton against Chelsea U21s in the Papa Johns Trophy having twice come off the bench to score the winner in League Two games. Last season he spent the back-end on loan at Torquay United.
On the signing, Manager Mel Gwinnett said “He gives me more options in our attack. He’s a very strong yet agile player that just gives us something different for what is going to be a very tough second half of the season.”
Tope is eligible to play in this Saturday's home game against Chelmsford. CLICK HERE TO SECURE YOUR TICKETS
