The club is delighted to announce that West London native Reece Grego-Cox has signed for Hampton and Richmond Borough for the upcoming season.
The 28-year-old forward most recently played for Dagenham and Redbridge, but has experience from almost all levels of the professional game in England.
After confirming his arrival, manager Alan Julian said, "He's played at the very top of the game, at Premier League level, so that speaks for itself. Reece is an absolute machine of a man physically. [He is] Strong as they come, very sharp and a proven goal scorer. I am really pleased to get him on board. His level of professionalism and how he conducts himself have been brilliant so far. He is a local lad like myself and when I talked to him that was a big factor in his decision. He is a family man with two young children so hopefully him and his family will be happy here and he plays his best football.
Reece told the fans what to expect from him for the upcoming season, stating "I'm aggressive on the pitch. I don't shy away from a challenge. I am strong when holding the ball up but like to make runs in behind too. I definitely have an eye for goal too."
"My aim for this year is to play as many games as possible after the last two or three seasons have been up and down for me personally due to injuries. Obviously being a striker the main goals is always going to be providing goals and assists for the team. It is a new squad, but if we can click quite quickly and start to play the way the manager desires we can definitely improve on what the club did last season. I am also conscious of the fact I am bringing my experience of playing in the higher leagues to a very young squad and I will be sure to share that with the team going forward."
