Hampton & Richmond FC are delighted to announce the signing of 25-Year-Old Midfielder, Michael Atkinson.

The Central Midfielder arrives from Basingstoke Town, where he made 26 appearances last season, scoring three goals before an untimely injury in February.

Two years prior, Atkinson was a key part of Bracknell Town's championship winning season. 

"I love tackling, I get great satisfaction from protecting my back-line and getting the team up the pitch." Said Michael. "I'm excited to be here and working with Alan Julian and I'm really looking forward to the challenge ahead."

On his latest signing, Alan told us "He's a real leader, very vocal on the pitch. He's someone that me and Donovan have liked for a couple of seasons, so we're delighted to be able to bring him in"
