The club is delighted to announce the arrival of 22-year-old defender Ashley Akpan!

Akpan was born in Warsaw, Poland and began his footballing journey at Kosa Konstancin before making the move to London at nine years old, where he joined Chelsea and played for seven years before his release in 2020. 

A brief stint back in Poland with Wisla Krakow he returned to England with Aldershot in 2023.

He went on two loans to Hartley Wintney and Gosport Borough to gain experience at the senior level before breaking into the Aldershot side in August 2024, featuring 17 times in the league before suffering a serious knee injury in January 2025 which ended his season.
