The club is pleased to announce the signing of 22-year-old midfielder Angel Waruih on a permanent deal!
Waruih most recently turned out for Eastleigh in the National League where he made 75 appearances across two seasons.
The Botswana-born youngster started his youth career at Plymouth Argyle aged just five and eventually made two EFL Trophy squads, making his senior debut for the club in a start against Newport County on the 31st of August 2021.
Following a successful trial, he transferred to Brentford’s ‘B Team’ in August 2022, signing a one-year deal and appearing six times during the Bees’ run to the 2022-23 Premier League Cup victory.
In June 2024 he earned the moved to Eastleigh and won the clubs Young Player of the Year award in his first season.
