Who Are They?
Enfield Town FC was formed on the 23rd of June 2001 and was the first fully fans-owned, fans-run senior football club in the entire country after they broke away from Enfield FC. The side began their footballing journey in the Essex Senior League in 2001-02. It did not take the side long to get promoted, as in their second season they won the league championship. Enfield Town FC's time in the ESL was hugely successful as they managed to win numerous trophies throughout their stay.
The club's rise through the divisions continued, and the club got promoted to the National League South after getting into the playoff positions. A club record attendance happened at the semi-final victory against Wingate & Finchley by a goal to nil with 2,225 supporters attending. The final was held at the Bauvill Stadium, where three second-half goals secured Enfield Town FC their first promotion to the National League South as they won against Chatham Town.
Last Time Out
The Beavers narrowly missed out on an away win last time out at the Longmead Stadium against Tonbridge Angels and will hope they can go one better and get the win at the weekend. The away side is coming off a one-nil away win against Bath City thanks to a goal from Billy Leonard to take all three points back to the Dave Bryant Stadium.
Both sides are currently in the bottom half of the table, with Hampton & Richmond sitting in 17th, while Enfield Town is in the relegation zone. Alan Julian's side is three league games unbeaten, with the team picking up an important away win in that time against Weymouth.
Who's scored the goals?
The Towners have scored eight goals in nine league matches so far this season, and all eight goals have been scored by different players. James Roberts was on the scoresheet last time out for Hampton & Richmond and is the top goalscorer for the Beavers this season with two league goals. The Beavers have the better defensive record thus far, as Hampton & Richmond have conceded eleven league goals, while the visitors have conceded twenty this season.
Historic Statistics

The last match between Hampton & Richmond and Enfield Town FC was in 2016, where Alan Dowson led Hampton & Richmond out at the Beveree Stadium. The contest ended up being a 0-0 draw.
